CNC-Machine:

CNC(computerized numericial center) machining centers are controlled by computer programming. Compared to ordinary machining machines, it has higher machining accuracy and can perform multi-coordinate linkage to machine parts with complex shapes. We have purchased and renewed 8 high precision CNC machining centers one after another in the past 10 years, specifically for the processing of metal parts such as wall panel cutting, drilling and grooving for our slitter rewinder machine and roll to sheet sheeter cutter machines.

Balance Testing Machine：

Whether in roll sheeter machine or slitter rewinder machine, rolls are very important parts of our machines, such as banana rollers, aluminum guide rollers, rubber rollers, etc. In the process of high-speed machine operation, if the dynamic balance performance of these rollers are not up to standard, then they will cause the rollers to produce waves of linear twisting rotation. This leads to damage to the rollers, and in addition will cause excessive fatigue and damage to the bearings.Therefore, we check the dynamic balance of all rollers and adjust the dynamic balance.

Surface Treatment Of Parts：

In order to improve the performance of the surface of mechanical parts, We usually galvanize them, chrome plating and other surface treatment, so as to increase the surface hardness of the parts, corrosion resistance and other properties.

All wall panels and covers of our machines are environmentally friendly plastic sprayed.
